Space + Craft Steelwave

Our team was asked to convert a 183,000 square foot Industrial office building into a Commercial Office work space. Our design enhanced the building exterior, creating entries bringing the outside in.

We upgraded the front entry creating a grand lobby and added multiple entrances to open up the space.

Large windows and skylights were added introducing a lot of natural light to the space.

Other design features of the space include: a gym, stairs, parking, all new landscaping and areas where people can gather, eat, meet and enjoy the beautiful weather Carlsbad has to offer. Click for brochure
