2. Professional and Employment Information: company, job title, portfolio submissions, project inquiries, and job applications.

We will respond within 45 days, or notify you if more time is needed as permitted by law. For optout requests, we will act within the timelines required by law.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

NOTICE REGARDING PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Nothing in this Policy or on the Site creates a professionalservices relationship. Engagements for architectural services are governed by a separate written agreement.

ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES FOR JOB APPLICANTS

If you apply for a job with AVRP Studios, we will collect and process the information you provide for recruiting and hiring, including identifiers, contact details, employment history, education, references, and any other information you choose to provide. We may obtain information from references, backgroundcheck providers (where permitted), and publicly available sources. We use this information to evaluate candidacy, manage recruiting, comply with law, and defend legal claims. If hired, your information will be handled in accordance with our employee privacy notices.
